I’m aware it’s been about a month since I weighed in, but progress is progress. I hit a milestone last week so I’m proud of myself of that. Did you know that October is Depression & Mental Health Screening Month? Though our website is mainly focused on physical health and well-being, mental health is an often overlooked part of a persons overall well-being. Both Kristina and I have Psychology backgrounds (in regards to our education) and I currently work with Mental Health Care Providers. We know the importance of taking care of our mental health and feel that it should be just as important as our physical health.
People can be the healthiest person on the outside and still feel extremely miserable on the inside.
