It has been awhile since my last weigh-in. Not that weight loss and health hasn’t been on my mind for awhile. A recent doctor’s visit (regular checkup) reminded me that I should come here and check in – even if I didn’t have anything significant to report.
Since my last weigh-in I lost 2lbs. It could have been more. It should have been more. But I have been going through an extremely stressful time the past couple of months which lead to me not eating the healthiest or working out like I should have. [Read more…]
