I have not been working out like I wanted to during the past two weeks. I had the flu at the beginning of February and had a lot of catching up to do for work, school and other projects so I only made it to the gym about 3 times. It is a new month and I am going to be using a gym closer to my house now which will be much more convenient. I already have a plan in place to not only go there consistently, but also to really amp up my cardio to make this fat cry (melt).
As far as eating goes, also have to work more on meal plans. I have been eating healthier lately, however, I haven’t really been eating or eat at strange times (such as LATE at night) because I have been so busy and stressed that sometimes eating is the last thing on my mind. I noticed I haven’t been drinking as much water as I used to either so gotta get back into that habit.
My favorite foods recently:
Breakfast: Hot oatmeal made with water. I either put a couple raisins and some cinnamon or about a teaspoon of sugar-free strawberry preserves.
Lunch: Baked chicken + a salad or mixed frozen veggies
Snack: Cottage cheese + carrots
Dinner: Baked chicken + a salad
This will be fun because now I have an excuse to go on Pinterest (ha ha ha) – wish me luck.
