I admit I haven’t updated my weight loss process since December on here. But that doesn’t mean I haven’t been keeping track. I’ve been weighing myself every week on my own and it’s been a rough winter. Regardless I’m still keeping this up because I want to.
In summary, I gained back some pounds and lost a few. I cut out chocolate for Lent as I saw I was getting too dependent on the delicious treat and have a newfound love for strawberries, vanilla, and peanut butter. I’m getting back to drinking water 8+ a day and still doing meal prep. All this while judging a full-time job and freelance work too!
Is it safe to say as long as I’m not gaining back weight I’m still doing good? I think so 🙂
