How to sweeten your coffee naturally without sugar
If you are like me – you drink tea or coffee at least a couple of times a week. I love to try new things an am always looking for alternatives to sugar/sweeteners. I was happy to discover a couple of other options that I had never heard of. I have tried adding coconut milk to my coffee in the past and it was alright but I think I need to try different amounts to find the one that works best for me. I would like to try the other suggested items such as vanilla extract. Have you tried an alternative to sugar to sweeten your coffee or tea? Let us know in the comments.
Going back to sweeteners – this article gives you information if you were wondering what exactly happens to the sucralose that you consume (in case you were wondering.) I was partially interested in this article because of the information but also because I am taking a physiological psychology course and we have been studying different molecules and it made me remember that sucralose has been known to be a neurotoxin.
