Hello there! Last time I did a weigh in it was about 6 weeks ago where I was very happy with my current weight loss. I was so proud of my milestone I slipped back into old eating habits as a treat to myself.
I know-bad this to do! However, I still kept up meal prep as well is dedicating 15-20 minutes every work day to walk around my neighborhood. Even when it’s getting colder around my office I still go outside as it’s a great way to destress and refocus. Turns out all that walking and meal prep helped because I only gained 0.7 pounds since my last weigh-in! See what happens when you leave just a little time a day to be active?
