Just like Rose I haven’t had a chance to work out either. I got over a really bad cough earlier in February as well as another woman “issue” so I spent a good part of the month in and out of bed. Right now I’m attempting to establish better eating habits then introducing a weekly exercise regime that I won’t get bored of. But hope if not all lost-during the time I was sick I mostly had orange juice, water, soup, and oranges so it did affect my weight!
I think the big issue I have is incorporating a healthy lifestyle and eating habits while building a company. Yes I currently own a corporation, however it’s still fairly new and it needs to be built from the ground up. I’ll mostly like be depending on meal preparation and monitoring what I eat then incorporate exercise. Baby steps…
