Rose and me decided that it’s best mentally to do a weigh-in post every 2 weeks, so we can see our progress. It’s way too easy to get obsessed with the scale and lose sight of long-term success.
How has these past 2 weeks been? Odd to say the least. I work from home and in the middle of several projects so my internal clock has been off I do my best to eat healthy but I have had terrible eating binges. The most exercise I’ve gotten was when I was in New York City last week, walking from Herald Square to Times Square. Even as I write this out I’m yawning every 5 minutes and crawl back into bed. So you can imagine the shock I was in when I weighed in this morning to see I lost close to 10 pounds (9.3 to be exact).
Perhaps it was water weight that played in or that I had an empty stomach and bladder when I went on the scale. I’m not sure what it was. But hey-it’s better than my weigh-in from a week ago when I gained back the weight I lost.
