I’m aware it’s been about a month since I weighed in, but progress is progress. I hit a milestone last week so I’m proud of myself of that. I think people are so used to seeing big changes at first they forget that healthy weight loss is about embracing new habits. I’m really happy I’ve lost 10+ pounds and I’m just going to keep it up.
