If you missed Kristina’s last weigh-in you may want to check that out to see how she is doing. I’m super proud of her for getting back on track! She started meal prepping and I am motivated to start doing the same thing – once I get a bigger refrigerator and freezer to store things! If we lived closer I would find a way to convince her to make my meals – might even pay her. HA!
Alright, back to my update.
The past couple of weeks have been excellent for me! I have been eating less carbs and drinking much more water again. I have also been doing more walking and weight lifting (just small weights for now). The work has been paying off and I’m happy to say that I lost 2lbs.
I like the motivation that that I have right now and I am hoping that with this cooler months coming it will keep going. One of my unfortunate excuses about not working out enough during the summer is that it was too hot and humid. It just made everything miserable. It is the truth but it is an excuse. I am hoping this time next year I will be able to say that I did really well during the summer.
