I have been having all sorts of health problems lately so my weight has been going up and down like crazy. Please forgive me for the lack of weigh-in’s. I have been trying really hard to eat lower carb meals, however, when I was sick I was directed to eat mainly carbs. *sigh*
About a week and a half ago I weighed in with a 20lb loss but as of yesterday I am at a 15lb loss. Now that I am feeling so much better I can get more cardio in and get those numbers on the scale to keep going on. What’s really cool is that I have had co-workers that noticed the weight loss. I can sort of tell in my clothes but at the moment the biggest difference is my face is a bit slimmer.
I couldn’t get the cute weight loss tracker to work for this blog post – anyone have a weight loss tracker they use for their website? Please let us know in the comments!
